Members of Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP): can make good use of UP ME to make standard Media-Usage Plans for families of their clients, (a) to provide anticipatory guidance to clients, in order to foster Digital Wellness in their families, (b) to help clients overcome the health problems, arising in youngsters, from excessive/indiscriminate use of screen media. UP ME will enable creation of the plan very fast (save valuable time of clinical practice), based on standard guidelines and practical tips, and can be passed on to clients on the letterhead of the IAP member, in digital or print form.

Media Mentors (teachers, social activists, or functionaries of organisations involved in spreading media literacy): Be an instrument of change in the society by investing your time for the betterment of those using screen media and devices recklessly or arbitrarily. Spreading awareness about safer use of screen media can augment your work by easily guiding and giving practical solutions to beneficiaries through UP ME. Media mentors can quickly guide and create media-use plans, under their name, for several families and individuals, and can also screen them for various health conditions known to be associated with too much or wrongful use of digital screen devices and media.

Individuals can obtain/create standard/custom Media Usage Plans for themselves/family members within a few minutes, commensurate with their individual/family values, using standard guidelines and practical tips.

UP ME also enables its users to easily archive, retrieve, modify, classify, search, review, share, print plans and make plan templates.
